Please review these Terms & Conditions prior to making payment.

All mer­chan­dise is shipped “F.O.B. Shipping Point”. This is a legal term that means all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

All prices are in euros € and include VAT where applicable. Payments are to be made through bank transfer, credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal (Pay Pal on-line only).
fanishoney.com reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time.
From time to time, despite our endeavour to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s).
If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you.
Sale items may not be purchased using finance or coupons unless specifically agreed in writing with fanishoney.com prior to purchase.
Shipping charges are not included in the price although some of the products do include shipping charges.
Postage exclude Europe and UK will be calculated independently by us, if appropriate, and not during the checkout process. Please contact us for details at info@fanishoney.com.

DELIVERY is via National Post Office or third party registered courier/transport.

The customer agrees that they will be responsible for all product, shipping and destruction expenses if any ordered product is rejected by the importing county’s customs’ agency.

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.

Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow up to 25 working days for delivery (excluding where stated on individual products).

Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

If you will buy more than one item we will combine orders to reduce shipping charges.

Shipping charges previously paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to our error.

SUPPLIES & CONSUMABLES Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature of beekeeping and the ability to spread disease through tools, clothing, and equipment we are unable to receive returns for used items. We also do not take returns for honeybee medications, honeybee feed or food for human consumption. Honeybees are not returnable or refundable.

Please inspect your purchases and let us know immediately of any defects in the products. We will happily replace anything that isn’t as it should be upon delivery.

After you have placed an online order and made payment, and then later you contact us to cancel the order after we have prepared it for shipping or pick-up we may charge a restocking fee of 0.40€ per item ordered.

GLASSWARE & HONEY IN JARS Terms & Conditions

Please note that glassware and honey in jars are typically non-insurable items and ship fully at customer risk.

RETURNS Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item/s. Any returned item/s must be received by us within 14 working days of delivery date.

A full refund will be issued for new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us and returned within 14 days of delivery. Items returned later than 14 days of delivery will be sent back to you. Delivery costs are added. If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 21 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.

fanishoney.com does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. We will not be liable for any loss which may occur during the return process if the goods are not insured.

Returned item/s must be returned in their original state and condition. Should the item/s not be in their original state and condition all return privileges will be withdrawn.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via National Post Office or with registered courier/transport. We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via National Post Office or with registered courier/transport. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Greek holidays.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately – send an email to info@fanishoney.com.

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the delivery box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS Terms & Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing full and accurate shipping addresses. Shipping addresses will be used as provided for shipping purposes, and any shipping issues such as returns, losses or damages due to incorrect shipping addresses occur at the cost of the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address and as such requires us to pay for return shipping, we will require payment to cover this additional cost before re-shipping the parcel to the correct address. If parcels are lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided, we will not provide a refund for the items or for the shipping cost. If an incorrect address is provided any damages occur to the parcel while shipping to this address, the cost of which exceeds any applicable insurance provided by the shipping service provider, we will not provide any refund for those damages.

If a correct shipping address has been provided and fanishoney.com ships your order incorrectly, we will assume full costs for returns or the re-shipping of your order, in cases where this for some reason results in us being unable to provide the products ordered, we will issue a full refund for those items and will also provide a full or partial refund for shipping where appropriate. However, where we provide a customer with shipping confirmation and/or tracking information, and the parcel does not arrive in a reasonable time frame or has not arrived but is marked as delivered by tracking services, customers must notify fanishoney.com within 1 week of the expected delivery time to allow us to attempt to correct the mistake in an efficient manner.
